I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome "PCOS" back in 2017.PCOS is a hormonal disorder causing enlarged ovaries with small cysts on the outer edges.
The cause  isn't well understood, but may involve a combination of genetic and environmental factors.Abnormal menstruation, absence of menstruation, heavy menstruation, irregular menstruation, short and light menstruation, or spotting
Also common:Obesity, overweight, or weight gain, infertility, acne, depression, inappropriate male features, loss of scalp hair, oily skin, or unwanted hair. My symptoms were pms depression, excess weight gain and infertility. My Gynecologist advised me that my condition was the reason why I had issues Conceiving another child and
I would be at risk of ovarian cancer.  My mom and aunt being breast cancer survivors so I have a family history of cancer.. I had to make a conscious decision that I wanted to be better. I don't master perfection. I'm giving you the real because it was challenging

What did I do?
I cried I prayed
I took action by planning
I had a vision
my vision manifested
my manifestation is God's blessing

There's a blessing and  strength to do when you write it down. The bible says write the vision and make it plain.God knows your thoughts and when we're writing our goals those are our thoughts. Our goals are the plans of initiative that we're going to take to be very strategic and making sure that they come to life that they come off the pages and physically manifest.I felt defeated but I never gave up the first day I worked out I cried I was literally in pain because my body was not used 2 being pushed to these limits

Prayer Fitness and meal planning became my outlet. purchased a composition book wrote down my health and fitness goals, pasted before and after pictures even clothing that I wanted to wear. I tackled each goal one at a time at a time.It took 3-6 months to develop complete discipline. After developing a consistent fitness and health lifestyle I lost over 40 lbs and got pregnant in 2018 which was truly a blessing.

During the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic I had emergency gallbladder surgery and from there lost my desire for meat.I became more conscious of what I ate and wanted to take continue to take control of my health so I decided to adopt a plant base diet. I did research and customized my meals and have been plant based for almost 2 years.
